The Client Advisor must stay informed about changes and trends in the real estate market, including pricing, inventory, and demand. Pre-Requisites: Minimum qualification required is a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proven track record of sales experience or a similar role in a sales environment. Real estate experience is an added advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convince, persuade, and handle objections effectively.
